沖縄そばスタンプラリー（木灰そばの店・てぃーだ）

「沖縄そばスタンプラリー」（１９年・１０/１７沖縄タイムス）

１１軒目は、「木灰そばの店・てぃーだ」（南城市大里）に行ってきました。（１９年１２/１）

ここのお店は、木灰手打ちそばです。

「何がオススメですか？」とたずねたところ、「最近、トウガラシそばが人気あるよ。」と店主の比嘉さん。

「じゃあ、てぃーだそば（小）とトウガラシそば（小）ください。」（一人で２品注文しました。）

すると、厨房から女将さんが出てきて、「一つのドンブリに２種類の麺入れるね！」と言っていただきました。

てぃーだの普通麺とトウガラシ麺が入った特注メニュー。

ありがとうございます。

店内は、家族連れでも一人でも落ち着いて座れます。

麺の種類がたくさんあります。

○よもぎ

○唐辛子

○ドラゴンフルーツ

○うっちん

○ニラ

○長命草

○ごま

たくさんの中から選べるのがうれしいですね。

トウガラシの麺は、そんなに辛くないけど、食べ終わった後に汗が止まりませんでした。

ご主人が麺作り担当。

奥様がスープ・具を担当しているそうです。

ここのお店は、月に一回手打ちそば教室を行っています。

私も一度、娘を連れて参加しました。

エプロン一枚用意するだけで、手打ちそばを体験できます。

自分で打った麺を食べることはなかなかないので、いい勉強になりました。
