「そば」「ソーキそば」ともに、豚のみでダシを取ったスープ。
塩だけで味を調えているとのこと。
長時間煮込んだ柔らかいソーキも自慢。
メニューは、３品のみ。
メニューは、これ以上増やさないとおっしゃっていました。
完食。
ごちそうさまでした。
おかみさんの「中眞さゆりさん」にスタンプを押してもらいました。
実は、私のお店（琉球麺屋シーサー）にもいらしたようで「沖縄そば博物館」にも来館したとのこと。
いろいろな他のお店を食べ歩いて研究しているようです。
